Daily Health Post

Weight: 150 (yay! progress!)
Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill, 18 at 5.3, 12 at 5.1.
Other: Gotta love those endorphins. When I got on the treadmill, I was in a horrible mood--I had, in fact, just drafted a long, whiny post about the general suckiness of my life. Rather than publish it, I went running, and now I feel better, at least enough so that I will not bother with the whiny post, which would only have made things worse, anyway. Like I said, endorphins are good.
